With 15 years of experience living in southeastern North Carolina, Stephanie has a deep understanding of the local market and a passion for helping families find the perfect place to call home. Before transitioning into real estate, Stephanie spent 20 years as a teacher, instructional coach, and elementary administrator—developing strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills that now benefit my clients. As part of a military family, Stephanie’s had the privilege of living across the country, including in Alaska, Washington, and Texas. This experience has given her firsthand insight into the challenges and opportunities that come with relocating—especially for those navigating a PCS move.
