The Smith Group is a family real estate team with Landmark Sotheby’s International Realty based in Surf City, North Carolina. Stephanie, Blake and Kyle Smith work with buyers, sellers, investors and relocating clients throughout Topsail Island, Hampstead, Sneads Ferry and surrounding communities in Pender and Onslow counties.

With 16 years of experience living on the coast, our family offers trusted, firsthand knowledge of the communities we serve. Our children have grown up here, giving us a deep connection to the coastal lifestyle, neighborhoods and local community.

With Stephanie’s husband deeply connected to Camp Lejeune, we also understand the unique needs of military families and the relocation process.
